A NL trainee gains the skills and confidence to play their favorite sport!
We encourage sportsmanship and teach the necessary skills to promote the participants confidence.

These Clinics focus of the Fundamentals of Flag Football and the essential Athletic Skills particular of the sport , culminating with a good old Football Game.Teams will be made within participants . Remember Flag Football is a NO Contact Sport!! Have FUN!!! Limited Spaces , let's do this!!

The Speed and Agility Program is for athletes of all sports. Whether your athlete is new to the game, or an experienced athlete looking to build on his or her skills.
